We have formulated and packed all these products with a lot of careful consideration and love and take all steps to see that they reach you in perfect condition. Since our products are personal care goods, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

However, if there is a genuine problem with the pump, or the product, please contact us at support@aniseskincare.com  and we will facilitate a courier of a new pump or product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
